Francesca is a Senior Lecturer in Strategy & Enterprise at the Lincoln International Business School at the University of Lincoln, UK, and an honorary Research Fellow at the University Sapienza of Rome, Italy. She has a Bachelor and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, one in Law, and a PhD in Managerial and Actuarial Sciences. She was a guest speaker and a visiting scholar at several universities, including the Sharif University of Technology, Teheran, Iran; the Aoyama Gakuin University, Tokyo, Japan, the Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia; the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong; Graduate School of Management, St Petersburg University, St Petersburg, Russia; the University of Salento, Lecce, Italy, the University of Pavia, Italy, the IHU and the University of Strasbourg, France among others.
She has been consulting and working with companies and healthcare systems of all sizes for more than 15 years in several countries, including China, the USA, Italy, Croatia, Iran, and Germany. She is one of the international assessors of the MIKE – Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise Award, led by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, for Italy and Iran. She is a member of several scientific societies in the fields of strategic management, knowledge management, and intellectual capital. She has an extensive record of publications in the areas of strategy, innovation, digital transformation, and knowledge management, especially applied to the healthcare sector.
